Course Information
In this 4-hour specialized webinar, the general effects of interval hypoxic training and their influence on heart rate variability (HRV) and the autonomic nervous system (ANS) are presented.
The webinar builds on Module 4 of the IHT basic training but is understandable for anyone who has engaged with the fundamentals of heart rate variability (HRV).
The second part of the webinar focuses on practical examples and the interpretative scope of HRV monitoring during an interval hypoxic training session, along with the resulting recommendations for further IHT session.
Admission Requirements
There are no prerequisites. However, we recommend the “IHT Basic Training” or Module 4 of the IHT Basic Training, in which the basics of HRV are taught. Alternatively, basic HRV knowledge as well as practical experience with IHHT/IHT are helpful.
