Course Information
In this online course consisting of 4 lessons and a total duration of just over 2 hours, the therapeutic possibilities of interval hypoxia training for the classic and typical health problems of aging will be discussed. Dr. Egor Egorov provides clear recommendations based on scientific research and studies regarding the work with interval hypoxia as well as the training settings specifically for neurodegenerative diseases, cardiovascular diseases, metabolic syndrome, and age-related degenerative lung diseases. Additionally, the functioning of a supportive complementary therapy with hypercapnia is highlighted.

The seminar is aimed at everyone who works with the method or plans to do so, as well as interested private users.
Access Requirements
There are no prerequisites. However, we recommend the “Training to become an IHT Coach by Dr. Egor Egorov,” which conveys the complex mechanisms of Interval Hypoxia Training. Additionally, basic medical knowledge and practical experience with IHHT/IHT are helpful.
