Course Information
In the three-hour online course, participants will deepen their knowledge about Intermittent Hypoxia-Hyperoxia Therapy (IHHT) and Intermittent Hypoxia Training (IHT). The focus will be on specific treatment concepts for conditions such as neurodegenerative diseases, Post-COVID syndrome, coronary heart diseases, metabolic syndrome, pregnancy, and lung diseases.
The course also imparts essential measures to enhance the effects of hypoxia. Participants will gain the knowledge to integrate IHT or IHHT purposefully into various therapeutic concepts and optimize treatment outcomes.
Prerequisites:
There are no formal requirements. However, we recommend training as an IHHT/IHT coach or therapist, along with medical knowledge and practical experience with IHHT/IHT.
