Course Information
In the online course or two-part online seminar, the fundamentals of interval hypoxia-hyperoxia therapy (IHHT) and interval hypoxia training (IHT) are deepened and supplemented with additional topics. Participants will learn about the complex effects of hypoxia training on the human organism and how to create individual training protocols using various tests. They will discover how to best adapt IHHT/IHT to the needs of different patient groups and/or indications. Through examples of training curves, they will be trained to recognize whether the training settings are appropriate or if adjustments need to be made.
Target Group:
The seminar is aimed at anyone working with the method or planning to do so, as well as interested private users.
Prerequisites:
There are no specific prerequisites. However, we recommend completing the foundational training “Introduction to Working with the Method of Interval Hypoxia Training.” Basic medical knowledge and initial practical experience with IHHT/IHT are helpful.
Cost of Training:
750 Euros (plus VAT)
plus 150 Euros (plus VAT) certificate fee*, if desired or when taking a written exam
