Course Information

In this nearly two-hour specialized webinar, Dr. Egor Egorov presents the latest publications and studies that examine the metabolic risk factors involved in the development of neurodegenerative diseases. He explains the role of intermittent interval hypoxia in mitigating these risk factors. Attendees will gain an in-depth understanding of the mechanisms of the direct neuroprotective effects of training under hypoxia, along with specific practical recommendations regarding the dosage and protocol settings for interval hypoxia training, as well as possible complementary treatments.

The seminar is aimed at everyone who works with the method or plans to do so, as well as interested private users.
Access Requirements
There are no prerequisites. However, we recommend the “Training to become an IHT Coach by Dr. med. Egor Egorov,” which teaches the complex effects of interval hypoxia training. Additionally, basic medical knowledge and practical experience with IHHT/IHT are helpful.
