In this nearly two-hour specialized webinar, Dr. Egor Egorov presents the latest publications and studies that examine the metabolic risk factors involved in the development of neurodegenerative diseases. He explains the role of intermittent interval hypoxia in mitigating these risk factors. Attendees will gain an in-depth understanding of the mechanisms of the direct neuroprotective effects of training under hypoxia, along with specific practical recommendations regarding the dosage and protocol settings for interval hypoxia training, as well as possible complementary treatments.
