Course Information
In the online course or the two-part online seminar, the fundamentals of Interval Hypoxia-Hyperoxia Therapy (IHHT) and Interval Hypoxia Training (IHT) will be deepened and supplemented with additional topics. Participants will learn about the complex effects of hypoxia training on the human body, as well as how to create individual training protocols using various tests. They will also discover how to best adapt IHHT/IHT to the needs of different patient groups and/or indications. Through examples of curves, they will be trained to recognize whether the training settings were correctly chosen or if adjustments need to be made.
Target Group:
This seminar is aimed at all those who work with the method or plan to do so, as well as interested private users.

There are no specific prerequisites. However, we recommend completing the basic training “Introduction to Working with the Interval Hypoxia Training Method.” Basic medical knowledge and initial practical experience with IHHT/IHT are beneficial.
Cost of Training:
750 euros (plus VAT)
plus 150 euros (plus VAT) certificate fee*, if desired or when taking a written exam.
